Pretty much anyone who can hack Apple's iCloud. And that's a long list.
A huge part of the problem is that we have all of this technology but so very few of us know how to use it. People don't understand that if you delete it from your cell phone it doesn't delete it from anywhere else your cell phone has uploaded it to....
