CO2 has risen dramatically in the atmosphere. Glaciers the world over are melting. Check just about any major permanent ice formation and look at it over time. Three of the hottest years on record have happened in the last 10 years.. 2006, 2010, 2013. Unlisted on that chart is 2013 has tied with the 4th hottest year since 1880.
