The KEY word is he said "COULD" Not that it WILL... "COULD"...

BUT the Antarctic Ice seems to be doing much better this year though... its all back and fourth-push and pull-this and that... because its the weather... the only way the truth will ever be known is to just wait and see how it all unfolds in the future...
