Sure. And currently this is the case when Ru is being an asshole and is quite strong. At least stronger than Ua. And friends of Ua don't hurry to help it, no, they just talk and talk, and pretend that nothing special happens. These friends looked like they were stronger so Ua did chose to align with them, but it seems like that they are either not that strong or they just don't have any tiny bit of willpower.
In real life if a group of people has no willpower, if they scared, even much smaller group of motivated people can put them on their knees. I myself saw a case when two average men beat up a group of at least ten - they just picked one after another while rest were watching in fear and hoping that they will be spared.
