What are some of the best tools out there for marketing a new site? Tools that you yourself have used.

Good tube submitters?

Good Link submitters?

TGP Submitters? (If still relevant)

MGP Submitters/ (If still relevant)

List more tools if you feel that they work well.

We have success with twitter.

Any opinions and advice would be greatly appreciated.
