It is possible that Israel and Turkey will have to get involved. The Israeli and Turkish armed forces are the only real regional standing powers right now. NATO is preoccupied with the Ukraine situation. Really, the Russians and NATO/US have allied interests in seeing this whole ISIS situation eliminated. It would be nice to see former antagonists unite to deal with a common problem ... Unlikely this will happen though.
