Only the USA debates it at all. It is settled. China is making a deal with Russia to ship the northern route. This wasn't even possible before. Greenland has lots of new land to mine since the glaciers are melting. The world is changing and people are making money off of it, and you are wondering if it is real. Get the blinders off.
