1: Thanks man, my bad i must of missed out the [/ when i was placing the link to the webmaster sign up page
2: links to the fhg/ banners/referral links are all in the ccbill "tool" pages once you sign up as affiliate
3: tbh i assumed i enabled the right click from last time we spoke, my bad again (will get on this )
re: i'm actually doing ok, and WM are sending sales, but just coz you doing well isn't an excuse to slow down.. and i will continue to post
