It's legal until your local authorities say otherwise. If they decide what you are doing counts as obscenity, then they can put a stop to it. Temporarily.
But you would most likely win in court due to precedent and similar first amendment trials. These days it would be hard to prove that porn is obsenity unless you live in a community where no porn magazines are sold, no videos are rented, and there are no strip clubs. Then I'd be scared.
