That guy Weinstein and his AHF are just relentless in trying to bring down the porn biz.

You know, all you have to do is go test at a PASS testing center, you don't really need any credentials proving you are in the industry. Which means that any random person can just go there and test. And if they come up positive...the FSC will call for a moratorium.

I wouldn't be surprised if Weinstein didn't send a girl (not even a girl in the industry) who already has HIV to one of their testing centers.
That's all it takes.

And then he can come back at California and say: "See! We need that condom law"

That's pure speculation on my part. But it does seem awfully coincidental that this happened a week or so after the condom law failed.

That guy Weinstein has put millions into that effort.
And since anybody can test with PASS...it would be easy to pull a stunt.

Again, just pure speculation on my part...but it wouldn't surprise me.
