I did say "dictatorships and the like", Russia is semi-dictatorship. Being elected as a president doesn't exclude for elevating being dictator. Even Adolf Hitler was elected, not as a dictator, but after being named as a chancelor and having significant portion of votes in the following election, he and his party made it to be dictatorship.

Also the semi-dictatorship is pretty much built into Russian system and mentality. You take it so badly, but Russians like dictators, or at least dictator like leaders (very strong leaders).

Again, example of what? Naming for example of what?
