It's a no win battle until the government takes some action to remove the safe harbor provisions that work for the free sites, and against the content producers. Until that time, the option is to keep up, which the Vivid team does in an amazing way, utilizing many different piracy abatement angles. To be honest with you, Vivid has had more problems with the affiliates/other adult sites stealing it's content over the last 3 years than they have had problems with consumers and repeat infringers. Meaning, more times that not when stolen content is discovered, there is normally an adult site at the end of the upload that is benefiting. The industry is full of thieves. That is a fact.
