What you are saying doesn't jive. I was talking by voice with Google rep just a couple of hours ago and they have absolutely no problem with Cam sites. We purchase advertising via Google Adwords, and he was helping to optimize our ads and placements.
If Google banned a site promoting cams, it might have been for another reason such as inappropriate content maybe?
