I don't buy into the "Internet persona" bull shit. If you are a hothead asshole on a message board, it is extremely likely that you are a hothead asshole when things are not going your way. My personal experience backs this up as well.

Surely it takes too much effort to post on a consistent basis in a manner that's not natural, for it to be worth it in the long run. The extra effort to change what would be your real post style to one that makes you appear to be an asshole plus the risk of losing customers. There really seems to be no upside to posting like an ass unless you have no business to conduct on a forum or are......just an ass.
