When you pay ir even if you don't pay someone for acting (i refer it to acting) in a porn movie or in pictures can it not be considered prostitution?

I said no, because you are paying them to act/model and not to have sex. However he said it could be said otherwise.

Maybe my general model release form is too general but uh. i guess it should specifiy that? Even though it says we shall be held harmless etc etc and they should back us up

He is concerned if some locals find out and start shit like we are running a prostitution ring ir some BS which he aren't it could seriously do some PR damage because we also have other jobs in the community which are reputation is depending upon.

I could use some thoughts, I will recommend we use his lawyer for advice (hah he can pay for it)

But still i'd like some thoughts on this
I think the reason you can pay people to work in porn videos is because the person paying is not paying for sexual gratification-they are doing it purely for business
