Not sure, but it looks like a paint ball gun and that's not the CO2, it's where the ammo goes, what he is using for ammo makes a difference, now they shoot tear gas paint balls. They hit you and gas you at the same time, proven to be very effective in crowds.
They just crank up the power output to about 400fps and they sting too. Yu can shoot these out of any paintball gun. I have one that's got a full auto setting!

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
