I have had the problem with godaddy. They started to email when they were doing work on their servers. Now they have the cpanel, which is different than their old server.
I use cloudfare, and with the cpanel hosting, their speed is normally good. I use GTMetrix to check my speed. However last month, and last week, were over the top. My sites were out, I got emails from WMT saying could not crawl.
