You are right, the email in June was after two other contacts attempted to be made in March and April.
So you think it is better that I tried a long time ago?

What happens if a transaction goes bad? Charges are Wrong? Or there are any problems?
Bottom line, your business model is not customer centric and appears obviously shady and/or run by an amateur. If you are doing as well as you claim, hire interns or people from India to at least respond.
