Anyone know why this would happen or how to fix this?

The same thing happened last month, I thought it was because my router was old, I bought a new router and the problem was solved with that. So now it's sure thing not a router problem, not a hosting problem, totally isp problem (and they have no clue wtf is the problem either )

EVERY thing else works, skype, icq, all downloads, all websites on all hosts, only 1 certain host (my own host )
Is it possibly for this reason?

ISPs are having a hard time guaranteeing DNS resolution.

PS: One solution is to hardcode your DNS resolutions in your windows host file (or similar if on mac or linux).

Example

111.111.111.111 acme.com
222.222.222.222 website.com
