The authority means teachers, polices and so on. And maybe Hugh Hefner. I doubt that any of you would have such authority over a strange girl, that it would be any issue. I would stick up with 18 year old girls and over, but that doesn't change the case. Law is what it is, and we are discussing about the law, right?

Lawmen blaiming is not the same thing as sentence. And if your system is so fucked up that talking to some 17 year old girl (in this case) would lead to jail time, maybe you should vote some other party than either one from the two.
