The powers that be need to scare us about climate change in order to make money, whereas with Ebola they need it to spread so as it's a permanent resident, that way it becomes a new industry filling the void left by Small Pox, at this point it can still be stopped by quarantine and border control, they don't want that, so they tell us to calm down.
