If I was him and I seen the tweet from dog I would probably stay on the run longer just to spite him.
I must admit I have a thing for his big fat wife though. I cant explain it.
Getting into canada is no different than getting into the us. If you have a serious criminal offense in canada they wont let you in the us. They make exceptions for things like dui's, etc.
