Some part of Europe may, as gas usage varies much by country to country. I won't, as the gas is just a part of a large mix and can be replaced quite easily. Eastern Europe is more heavily influenced.
I don't know how much Norway can compensate, but at least some of it may.
Buyers for Norwegian gas.
"Norwegian gas export covers close to 20 per cent of European gas consumption. Most of the exports go to Germany, the UK, Belgium and France, where Norwegian gas accounts for between 20 and 40 per cent of the total gas consumption."
