We've all seen how "calling for declassification" worked so effectively on getting the Kennedy assassination materials made public. Every time it's due to be uncovered the 'cowards-that-be' decide to push it back another twenty or thirty years.
Any of us still alive in 2057 might have a shot at seeing this.
