BTW, I don't understand how it could be related to some "sanctions". There are no sanctions against Russian tourists, because any country what will dare to do so will shoot in its leg. For example, over 1 million (!) of Russian tourists visit Spain within a year and they spend more than tourists from other countries (
125 euros per day average).
