Why do you feel that pointing out you are morbidly obese and then bragging to 1000 strangers about going off to eat a ball of fat as being absurd, is an attack? You can call me "troll" all you want but that does not change any of the facts and will not lengthen your life, nor will it prevent years of crippling disease or reduce your risk of a heart attack. The cumulative effect of the health related decisions you've made will most definitely catch up to you and it will be a sad time for all those who know you and a sad time for your family.
And by the way, you can delude yourself all you wish as to whether or not your heart is healthy... as all obese people tend to do while in denial, insisting you're healthy, insisting obese people can be healthy etc. These are the commonly spoken words of those who are clearly not ready to take responsibility for their health... but we both know what your doctor has to say about your weight and your overall health. You're lying to yourself and everyone if you expect anyone to believe he's giving you stellar marks.
