Am I the only one that doesn't understand what's going on and/or what in the hell happened? You have the passwords? If he stole your site and you still have the passwords, change the password and lock him out. How does one "steal serps"?
I know English is your second language and I'm not being a dick, but I really don't understand what's happening. Is a competitor? Someone steal your idea? Did they just copy your site and contents?
If he stole from you, don't be a nice guy. That's the last thing you do to someone that steals from you. But then again, I'm still confused so who knows.
