we are all going to die, sure. but its not about avoiding death. the questions to answer are these... do you want 15 years of misery, pain and suffering as the final end to your life? do you want a sudden heart attack at your childs graduation? or do you want to be the 92 year old who died on the summit of Everest? there are no guarantees, but you can't escape the fact that the choices you make while healthy, are going to move the probability of how your life will end, in one direction or another.
