Like others have said, Cosmopolitan is a great place to stay. Especially a terrace room on the N side facing the Bellagio. STK is a fun place to get dinner before the club. Or you can always go with Wynn or Encore. Both properties have a ton of good places to eat and clubs (Marquee at Cosmo, XS at Wynn). If you go with bottle service just need a host, no lines. If you just want to skip the line, with 2 girls $50 would be enough. However you'll have to pay a cover also at the biggest clubs.
Brooklyn Bowl is a good place to go for live music in the heart of the strip. And nearby is the new Drai's. And of course the after party is always at the Rhino, followed up by a good breakfast at The Peppermill. Enjoy!
