Its a myth that guns had much to do with the extermination of the indians. The fact is 98% of them were already wiped out by euro plague and the rest were very very badass and put up one hell of a fight. They were so formidable the vikings deemed the battle with them too vicious and the land here not worth all the dead vikings, so they left. And we all know how badass vikings were!
