If you think a user with 5 posts (all about processing for stuff like scat or whining about billers) is having an experience representative of most people processing with Zombaio ... well, please be honest; there is no way you think that.
If you have to ask why someone who runs a program wants billers to stay in business, you don't seem like you are in this industry at all.
