Mach CECash has never shaved and never will - you should have some solid information before you make accusattions - CECash started the first Webmaster affiliate program in Aug '96 and has never been late on a payment.
So unless you can substantiate your claim, which you can't, you shouldn't make FALSE statements that could be damaging to an honest program that has paid out 100's of millions of dollars to Webmasters over the past 7 years.
I'm in Las Vegas with family and friends and we just got back from the Bellagio where we saw the show "O" it was great!
