The thing I love about that Honda metropolitan we are riding is the suspension is almost completely bottomed between the two of us, I always have to brace when we cross potholes or railroad tracks. They way we ride is illegal, but we've never had a problem.
Honda metropolitan brand new is $2k and insurance is $75 for full converage 12 months. I weight just over 200 pounds and it gets 100-110 mpg with me on there... oh, and I get smiles from everyone when I drive by  Double when the two of us ride. |
Good thing about being 35+ years old, is Insurance drop a lot. I pay 1/4 of what I paid when I was under 30.
I ride 50-60 miles to Work each day - mostly hightway, but If i was living in the city, a scooter or 250cc super-motard would be my second bike for sure.
