Yes Exactly.
The girls I shoot are generally at least $1200 before agent fees. But they are excellent girls. New girls will get $800-$1000.

LA Agencies new girl or not are at $800-$1000. You can get cheaper if you multi-book a girl or girls from one agent and it is a "simple" shoot. Want to rail her for half the day and she has to be there all day for 8-10 hours then it can be higher. As already said top girls are easily $1500 per scene.
