obvious reasons of course
there was some rumours a month or so ago, about missile capability being moved into the region.. only way it was 'confirmed' was the russians immediately sent all the troops back to the border, and articles surfaced about Perimeter.. one of which detailing how much is spent on it by the director. odd stuff.
