Grape, it has nothing to do with immigrants, and everything to do with idiots like Alicia Silverstone, Michelle Bachman, Jenny McCarthy and other mental midgets who tell people NOT to vaccinate. The amount of disinformation being spread around causing people not to get their kinds vaccinated is the root cause of the rise in infections of diseases like Measles, Flu, and even TB.
