You obviously have very little compacted fecal matter in your bowels due to your workouts and constant fasting. A two week cleaning diet cleaned out that shit (literally) and I have had no issues since.

How about healthy eating, like eating food containing enough fibers, etc.? And won't shitting that compacted shit hurt in the first place, telling something is wrong?
