Actually quite opposite,it will encourage sellers not to issue invoices at all lol
Only way to make it 100% sure is to ban cash,which is under consideration in US government

Yes it is ruined,tho this did gave some impact to budget,but not enough big to make a difference.
I wish if i could candidate for position of prime minister,unfortunately democracy is not developed enough to make direct election possible
