You only have to worry about going from cold to hot. As suggested boot up your laptop and let it warm up before going outside in the heat and you should be ok.

In the winter if you leave your laptop outside like in your car overnight and then take it indoors in the heat, let it warm to room temp for about an hour before booting up.
