I totally agree with Ellie, too, being healthy and fit improves everything: stamina, energy, drive confidence, everything. That's being
healthy though...peeps who go on crazy crash diets and fad diets that don't provide proper balanced nutrition to lose weight tend to have minimal sex drive. Dramatic calorie deprivation isn't all that compatible with being in the mood.
