This guy, however, is a special breed of asshole. He was a lifelong republican who changed his affiliation to democrat so that he could get elected in a democrat heavy district. Later, when it no longer suited his political needs he went back to being a republican. When he does so he makes it sound like he suddenly came to some lifelong epiphany when the reality is that he wants to run for Lt. Governor and he needs to be a republican in order to have a chance to win in that state. The best part is how other republicans are falling over each other to suck this guy's cock as if he has come to some grand enlightenment when the reality is that if he decided that he didn't want to run for congressional rep in that district he probably would have never switched.
