Many time I had to hear here we as The Netherlands are to soft and underestimate the situation. But when it comes to serious investigation, we have some tax money left to do the job good.

Likely a little late to have much effect on the investigation. The rebels and Russians have certainly destroyed any useful evidence by now, but at least it's a show of force and shows the rest of the EU they need to get off their asses. Ukraine should be an issue for the EU to resolve, but it seems like usual they want to sit back and have the US fix it then bitch about us later.
So I say even though it's likely to have little effect, it's still good NL is doing something with out waiting on the EU.
