Russia is one of the largest wheat exporters in the World. So I don't think we will get hungry. It will just decrease the export to other countries (the last lime it did, it was one of the key factors for the Egypt revolution - no j/k)
The USA sells 28 million tonnes of wheat a year, while Russia sells 10.5. Taking into account that Russian population is about 1/3 of the US one, and that Russia is a northern country, that's a pretty good number
