lol... new warfare is done by sanctions.
So when banks or other payment systems you use are forced to block your account you know you have been targeted and eaten alive on a distance. Not a single shot fired and you are flying out of the window. Russia might be number 8 in the world economy, but consider your past, your financial system has no spine! it is easy to snap Russia`s back.
The sanctions will become more intimidating and the acceleration speeds up, soon you`ll feel the effects of it.
