It stuns me that you do not read the article
it was stupid to send 40 unarmed police officers to join the investigation team, so we finally secure those people with some decent armed people. It was a stupid idea to send unarmed police officers to investigate the crash side to begin with. I am sure you can not wrap your head around this, cause your full of yourself.
