I gather that the crux of his posts is that there is some law being applied to climate change, thus the memtioning of a few. But it makes no sense to include a theory mixed in with laws if you're trying to argue others are ignoring a law of climate change. My point entirely is man-made climate change is a theory and moreover the science has been politicized with one side claiming their theory is law/fact because a bunch of people agree.
