I don't do Photoshop and I do intend to pick and crop my own thumbs. But I know there is 'stand alone' software for this specific purpose. I just can't recall the name....
I use Arles for Gallery creation so that is good for cutting cookie-cutter thumbs. But I am looking for software that will help me crop, brighten, sharpen, play with aspect ratios, etc.
The GFY Educational Series post on buying skimmed traffic used to have a link to the software I am thinking of but now it mysteriously disappeared. LOL

Just saw this - I use Arles to create galleries from existing photos (for my Mem Areas) and it is fantastic for that. I do not know if it will work on videos and video capturing and screenshots? If so then I will try it out.
