I find it interesting how all the westernized countries are voting against it or abstaining, and those voting for it are all 3rd world. Cuba is all for international law and human rights...? For some strange reason, I am more inclined to take the side of all the developed and westernized countries like Japan, than I am to agree with Pakistan. Perhaps there's a little more beneath the surface?
