And then, from the same article, the President of the United States says....
U.S. President Barack Obama, Cameron and others have said the pro-Russian rebels could not have shot down such a high-flying jet without weapons and training from Russia
Sorry, but they are "Russian backed separatists". Blame for ALL of this rests directly at the feet of Russia.
