Talk about Israel, talk about Ukraine, No problem, try and talk about the erotic and film making and everyone gets upset.
It not hatred to say that a film is bad. It is an opinion.
I saw one of this threads about this great film and I went and bought the film.
It is an opinion based on taking the time to watching the film.
I notice that no one has come forward and said that the film is well acted, well shot and directed, that it had a great script and takes erotic film making to a new level.
Why not ?
Because it fails on every level. The story, script, acting, lighting are all awful.
Does this matter?
On one level it makes it difficult for other film makers because models have this terrible way of performing erotic scenes , over acting and making strange exaggerated grunting noises, that takes a lot of time and work to get them to stop.
The main reason is that it would be good if there were some real well made erotic films made. Where the story is about an erotic subject. Say a girls search for her first orgasm. Or a couple who have sexual problems explore the erotic to find happiness.
Per se erotic films do not need big budgets. They do need intelligence and creativity.
So leave the flame thrower at home.
Look at other mainstream erotic films...
Work with a script writer. Then audition models to get a select few with a film look and acting talent. Do some directing and acting workshops, rehearse the scenes. get a professional DOP....
Do the above and with half the budget the film will have a chance of been a good erotic film
